Amended A.G.M. 2008
- Members may invite guests to any of the outings and are welcome to
join.

- On joining the Club they can't win prizes on the first outing, only
green fees will be charged on that day.
- Any new members joining the Club, will note that the highest handicap
is twenty-eight, any member above at present stays the same.

although twenty-eight is the maximum.
3b. At the end of the year all golfers handicaps go up by three
strokes, although twenty-eight is the maximum.
- If the winner or runner-up score 75 net or over, there will be no
penalty to their handicap.
- This means if the winner or runner-up are below 74 net they will lose
strokes accordingly, the winner two strokes, the runner-up one stroke,
( unless the players handicap is 10 or under they will only lose one
stroke for
being
winner or runner-up) plus one more stroke for three strokes or more
below par.
- Any player playing less than three competitions in one year will have
their handicap cut by three strokes, so it is in their own interests
to attend as many outings as possible.
- Any player wishing to play the annual away trip must play in a minimum
of two outings before the away trip.
- Outing will have prizes on the day for the first and second and the
best score at par threes in total. Also one nearest the pin at a par

date in December.
- Prize money will be £5.00 per competition: 1st place 50%. 2nd
place 30%. Par threes 20%. Nearest the pin £5.00 prizes will be
purchased to the values above from the golf shop, if shop is closed
